Our Method
Every pillar rests on experience delivering structured literacy instruction using the Orton-Gillingham methodology.
Skills build deliberately — from sounds, to syllables, to fluent reading. Nothing is skipped and nothing is rushed.
Lessons engage sight, sound, touch, and movement. Manipulatives, sidewalk chalk, and games turn practice into real momentum.
Every lesson is shaped by yesterday's progress. We move at the pace of mastery, not the calendar.

Family Stories
My kids loved Laura Sweet's vibrant style and creative approach — she turned math and reading into exciting sidewalk chalk adventures. Learning outside brought the subjects to life, especially for my boys, who thrived with this hands-on, non-traditional method. I truly believe these experiences gave them a strong head start for the next school year and continued to support their growth throughout elementary school.
I highly recommend Mrs. Sweet! She is such a kind, patient, and caring person who truly puts her heart into helping her students succeed. She has an amazing way of making children feel comfortable, encouraged, and confident while learning.
